# Break Away Making Memories #Disneyland
My Day at Disney

1st Stop: Tomorrowland, Astro Orbiters
Here we are at Disney Land USA. Walking into Tomorrowland we see this tall futuristic looking pole that orbs poking out of it. We thought it was just a statue for people to see but then it starts spinning and we see that it is a ride so we get in the line (2 minute wait) and get on the ride basically it's one of those that you pull a lever in the rocket and you move up and down.

Stop 2: Tomorrowland , Astro Blasters
The second ride of the day was the famous Buzz Lightyear Astro Blasters. We got there early early enough that there was no line so we hopped right on the cars and zoomed on to the track. Me Mom, and Cooper got to Level 3 and Dad got to Level 4. In the middle of the ride the cars got " momentarily stopped" and that's why I think we got so many points!

Stop 3: Tomorrowland, Star Tours
The next stop of the day was Star Wars, Star Tours. We walked up a ramp and looked at real robots that were Star Wars themed and then put 3D glasses on and got into a " spaceship " that had a screen in front of it that showed a 3D image of our ship being attacked by other Star Wars ships and then having the ship land on a planet.

Stop 4: Tomorrowland, Finding Nemo Submarine Tours
This stop was when we started experiencing the lines of the rides of Disneyland. We waited about 20-30 minutes for this ride but it was worth it. You went in a submarine and experienced a underwater type of ride that took you trough the world of Nemo the clownfish.

Stop 5: Tomorrowland, Autopia 
This ride was not the best for me, it was a track that went around Tomorrowland, it was very twisty and had many hills I could barely put my foot on the gas while turning the steering wheel and a staff member had to get in a car to help me get back to the finish line.

The Shows-
Play parade
The Disney Play Parade is a Pixar/Disney character based parade that features Finding Nemo, monsters inc., toy story, the incredibles, and a bugs life floats, costumes, music, and more. They added extra fun by putting jets that shot water out of theming the floats.

Together Forever A Pixar Nighttime Spectacular 
The dazzling pyrotechnics, Pixar music and colorful projections diffinitly showed how seriously Disney takes their shows! There were fireworks laser lights and even parts of movies shown on Snow Whites castle!

Fantasmic!
This awe inspiring performance of Micky Mouse's imagination was one the most beautiful, dazzling, and incredible show I have ever seen. From frightening Disney witches to beautiful Disney princesses and handsome Disney princes this show had everything!

AND THAT WAS MY DISNEY EXPERIENCE

Well here we go!!!!  We have 3 weeks and 2 days until we leave on yet another HUGE adventure as a family of 6.....however, to say this is just any other adventure wouldn't be doing it just.  10 weeks, a 33' trailer (Clark), Lexus 470 (Lewis), 4  energetic boys (10,10, just turned 5  and 20 month old), wife (that likes to plan ahead and try to have some sense of order) and a husband (that likes to be "prepared", is good with his hands and is a self-proclaimed work-a-holic).....LET THE ADVENTURE BEGIN.....after we complete about another 181 items on the list.....seriously.....we have an app with lists of things to do, a list in our bathroom for each of us to do, list in the garage on a dry-erase board, post-it notes all over the kitchen, you get the idea. We are going to break away and take our family on a great adventure!!! A screenshot of our trip laid out with all the stops we are making!! 5,000+ miles 25+ stops (only to Rhinelander, we think we are going to "wing it" through Michigan) Reservations are made, fun POI (points of interest) are marked along the way (like the world's largest wind chime) and GPS coordinates input (Chris' request, still no clue what the numbers even mean).
